The Inner Circle is designed to keep you in motion: connected to Litsa's community, accountable to your own goals, and with access to expert support when you need it.
Who this is for?
The Inner Circle is for founders who have completed By Design, 1:1 mentoring or any other programme with Work With Litsa, and want to stay connected, stay accountable, and keep growing.
Litsa stays in your corner, available when questions come up, decisions need working through, or you simply need a thinking partner and community- without the intensity or investment of a full programme.

Every other month, a call curated by Litsa on a theme most relevant to the group’s current challenges and needs. This could be an annual planning session at the beginning of the year or a session on “why you’re staying stuck even though you know what you need to do” as an example. The sessions will be designed to get you thinking differently about your business and yourself.

Informal co-working and conversation days with no set agenda, no presentations, and no 1:1 sessions on the day. Just dedicated time to work on your business alongside people who understand what that means.
Slack community access
A dedicated channel where you will be prompted to set your monthly and weekly priorities. You can ask questions, share wins, and get input - replied to by Litsa once a week on a fixed day (the day varies across the weeks to suit different calendars).
There are also themed prompts videos available here such as monthly planning vids or “boundaries and how to keep them” etc. You will have access to this and any new resource added
You will also get a weekly email giving you a roundup of what happened in the slack the week before and prompting you to come and ask us a question or share your wins over in the slack
Focus and Fly access
You're welcome to join the weekly Monday Focus and Fly co-working sessions as an open-door space for focused time working ON your business.

£125 per month + VAT (4 month initial commitment followed by a rolling monthly subscription that can be cancelled with 1 months notice.)

Commitment
Your initial commitment runs for 4 months and then you will continue on a rolling monthly basis for as long as you would like to stay.
1 month's notice to be given via email.
Invoices are issued on the 15th of the month prior, with 7-day payment terms. (For month 1 this may change depending on the date you join.)
